12-Month Manufacturer Defect Warranty

Every product sold by True Technology is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion — free of charge.

What's Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Products that fail under normal use conditions
• Dead on arrival (DOA) items — contact us within 7 days for immediate replacement

What's Not Covered

• Accidental damage, drops, or liquid damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

How to Make a Claim
