Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with True Technology. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, anywhere in the world. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared and ships on the next business day after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment is received.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

Rest of World:

  • Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier schedules, and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, public holidays, or carrier disruptions).

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are determined by your country's customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at sales@truetechnology.com.au and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we're unable to ship to your location, you'll be notified during checkout.
