I5 Smart Bracelet - Bluetooth Waterproof

The watch doesn't work as described and nor did i receive a charger with it.

Did not receive charging cable so it’s no good to me. Did the communication a week ago and still nothing but they did answer my text politely.

No charger how do i use it

Hi this is jeffrey jones i live at 312 garson avenue rochester new york the box was damaged there's an item charging item it didn't come with it i can't use it because there's no charger to go with it the smart watch i would like to have it replaced i don't know how to go by sending it back cuz i don't have any money anymore money until next month on the 3rd of next month it'll probably be the 2nd of the month but anyways please help me i'm disappointed that i can't use the watch because i can't charge it please and thank you for this issue resolve this issue please

​ I am extremely disappointed with this delivery. The package arrived with the seal already broken and the contents exposed. I did not even have to touch the box to see it was open—it was delivered in this "tucked up" and tampered-at state.
​ When i order something, i expect it to arrive secure, orderly, and sealed. Receiving a package that has clearly been handled or opened by someone else is a major security and quality concern. I have documented the state of the package as it was found upon arrival. I expect a resolution or a replacement immediately.
